ais tracking in japan

I am having difficulty tracking vessels in Japan.

I have ALL selected in  filters and believe followed all the help files i can find but most seem outdated.

How do I setup aprs.fi to track vessels in Japan water?

As it is now only vessel visible are western Canada coast and somein northern Europe

Seems to work fine here/now, plenty of *MARU visible.
