"Save current map view as default view" working again

Hi,

I've fixed a bug with the Preferences -> "Save current map view as default
view" feature, it wasn't working in Leaflet map mode. Now it works again.

It allows you to save the currently displayed map view as the default view
when opening aprs.fi. It saves the filter (assuming a non-Default filter
list has been saved and selected), currently tracked stations, and most
other settings, including the current map center & zoom if not tracking a
station.
