Map Problem

I've been using aprs.fi for quite a while without any problems.  Now whenever I do a search for my call sign the map says I'm in China.  What the heck is going on??

It always helps if you provide the callsign-SSID that you're inquiring about.

If you look at your raw packets, you'll see that you are telling the system that you are located at 34 degrees 12.73 minutes North and 108 degrees 50.00 minutes East, which puts you just where the map shows you.

Your application identifier is APAT81-1 which is an Anytone AT-D878, but I have no idea why they are including the -1 SSID on the ToCall.

So, it would seem to me that you don't have your radio configured properly and I also suspect that these are the default coordinates used when the APRS is not using a GPS or maybe that your GPS (if this radio has one) is not getting a proper location fix.

My first guess is the sign on your latitude is positive as opposed to negative.

In test driving now to see if it will behave.  I checked the program and somehow it got my coordinates listed as East instead of West like it should be.
