aprs.fi for Android v2.10.1 released

Hi!

Version 2.10.1 of the official aprs.fi Android app is now available on the
Play Store. It has a bunch of fixes for direct TNC/Radio usage, and a
couple of other improvements:

* Decode 3rd party formatted APRS frames from RF (fixes APRS messaging via
TX capable iGates)
* Raw packets view: Show telemetry and weather fields for locally decoded
packets
* Added a button to access station information in the message thread view
* Fix tracking specific stations with TNC-sourced data
* Implement filtering of stations with TNC-sourced data
* Add symbol picker for custom filter creation, allows creating symbol
filters
* Fix a bug in beacon restarting after app restart
