api.aprs.fi expired certificate

My api calls started failing today because the certificate used by api.aprs.fi has expired.

Here is what my browser says about the cert

Issued On

Thursday, January 1, 2026 at 11:56:04 PM

Expires On

Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 12:56:03 AM

What is the renewal window for the TLS you are using?  Is it too small?

Let's Encrypt, so 3 months as usual. The renewal is automated but the
automation broke and needed some fixing. As long as it is automated, it
doesn't matter much if it's 3 months or 3 years.

I set the window to 30 days.  So starting on day 60 attempts to renew the  cert starts.
