aprs.fi for Android v2.10.3 released

Versions 2.10.2 and 2.10.3 of the Android app went out on subsequent days,
as a couple of noticeable bugs had to be fixed rather quickly!

2.10.3
* Messaging: Fix notification subscriptions to happen right on Extra
Features subscription state changes
* Search view: Refresh data quickly when view becomes visible
* Station information view: Refresh data every 30 seconds
* Station information view: Implement pull-down-to-refresh feature
* Update user guide to describe Beacon view master switches
* Search view and target info tables: Add a scroll position bar

2.10.2
* Billing: Fetch new subscriptions more often when no subscription is
active, to hopefully find a subscription faster when it is bought on
another device
* Billing: Show ongoing trial status correctly
* Beacon: Fixed a crash on startup with beacon enabled when location
permission was revoked
* Raw packet views: Added indicator wedge to show that raw packet views
can be expanded to decode packets
* Map: Draw red dots on track points of selected station
