Hello, I'm trying to troubleshoot some misbehaving aprs trackers, could you please help me with exporting the received packets from a list of callsigns that were used yesterday? 16 in total.

You can export them in the raw packets view (https://aprs.fi/?c=raw), in
either normal mode, with decoded packet contents, or a hex dump to figure
out the precise byte contents.
