New server aprsc in Spain EA7

hello I have installed aprsc in windows 7 once ed the conf file, the server works as well on hamnet network , now the question is how the server can appear in the tier2 list as spain7 because it is located in zone EA7

Hi,

If you're asking about joining aprs2.net, get in touch with ad6nh at
aprs2.net.

If you're asking about running aprsc in Windows, I have to admit I have
stopped building those. I don't have Windows systems around me any more,
and there wasn't much need to support yet another quite different
platform. There are enough Linux servers available, and there is no
pressing need to have more servers.

Life might be a bit easier if there was a little less servers, actually,
since many of those servers are not getting upgraded and maintained, and
they run very old software.
