Does AppTrap 1.1.7 work with Mountain Lion 10.8?  It seems that I have to stop AppTrap and then restart it before it works properly.

Not really - support for Mountain Lion is bad (App Trap on ML Works not so great and using it under ML is pointless... :(

I don't understand what you mean, I've been using AppTrap on Mountain Lion with no major problems. The only issue is that it won't start automatically on boot, I have to go the Preferences panel and start AppTrap manually.

I had the same problem, then I uninstalled AppTrap and reinstalled it and now it starts automatically on boot (on Mountain Lion).

However, I will add, the application doesn't seem to do anything anymore on Mountain Lion - I haven't seen it pop up and ask me about deleting files since upgrading to ML.

There's definitely issues with AppTrap on Mountain Lion. I've been running into the exact same issues. I've been looking into fixing them, but I've had little time now that I'm finishing up my degree.

I've got a bunch of ideas that I want to implement, but I've had a frustratingly small amount of time to work on my own projects. I know I can't ask for anything from all of you, given that you've all been very patient with me in the past. I can assure you that a new and better version of AppTrap will come.
