Any way to retrieve deleted/moved files?

I have been using AppTrap for quite a while now and have nothing but
good comments about it. However, I think I may have accidentally
deleted an important folder filled with videos and movies when
deleting another app.
Is there any way to retrieve this folder? No traces of it and its
contents are showing up on Finder, Spotlight, etc.

When you click the move files button, the application support files are moved to the trash. You should see them there.
