Zip_align apk not installed on phone

hi i have my apk decompile I create with App Inventor 2 and I have added 8 mp4 videos. 

apk: 9.26 MB. 

I have done everything as described in the video tutorials and forums. 

But the apk can not be installed in the smartphone, Why?

What error do you get?

Did you uninstall the older version from your phone?
