IUCR crime codes

The Chicago crime database http://data.cityofchicago.org/Public-Safety/Crimes-2011/qnrb-dui6
categorizes crimes using the Illinois IUCR code. I have extracted a
list of those codes for 2011 and their descriptions that anyone can
use in their apps.

If you encounter an IUCR that's not in this table (possible if you're
looking at the older crime data) each crime report record does include
the IUCR, Primary Type, and Description so you can easily add it to
your copy of this table.
