Build an app that shows Chicago's air quality by ward or neighborhood.
This app would use the ward boundaries data set provided by the city,
the neighborhood boundaries data set, and air quality data as measured
in the region. A developer would work with the Little Village
Environmental Justice Organization (LVEJO) to find the best source for
that air quality data and build a suitable app.
