Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Java Developer with experience in real-time, high performance / low latency resilient server applications.

As a Senior Java Developer in the trading system IT team, you will be responsible for the development and support of distributed exchange systems, including matching engine, clearing, middle/back office integration and FIX connectivity.

Technical requirements:

· Strong objected oriented design and development skills
· Experience using J2EE and JMS
· Experience of Hibernate and Relational database
· Working experience with real-time programming/real-time data distribution
· Knowledge of developing high throughput / low latency, resilient server applications
· Experience on software design pattern and UML model tools

Education/Experience:

· 5+ years experience in software design/development using Java programming language
· Strong problem solving skill, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience on the following areas is a plus:

· Profiling and performance testing tools
· Knowledge of the financial products such as equity and fixed income
· Familiar with version control repository and continuous integration process
· Experience on development tools such Eclipse , Time Serial Database
· Experience on FIX/Fast protocol and matching engine
