Update on public voting

Hello everyone,

Here is a quick update on Apps For Climate. We now have all the
eligible submissions posted publicly on the website. To see them, go
to http://worldbank.org/appsforclimate, then scroll down to the
Submissions section and click "All Submissions."

However, we're having some technical issues with the voting features,
and voting is currently disabled. We're working with our vendor to
resolve them as quickly as possible, hopefully within the next 24
hours. I'll send along another update when we have the issues
resolved. Apologies for the delay.
