Access to AvareX Data Folder

I had created some folders on one device and I wanted to copy these folders into the other device.  Android 14 makes accessing this data location very difficult.  I can coph tne folders to the documents or Downloads location but, I can't just copy a folder into the Avarex Uder Documents folder.  Any way to be able to do this other that recreating the folders in the second device and importing one file at a time?
