The login email on the 1800wxb website must be identical with email you used to register Avare on the app. No way around it.

That wasn't the problem.  The problem was the app would not let me select which email address to register with.  On the register page, when I went to select which account to register as, it displayed an empty item list. 

So the help file said use "...email Phone...".  Which in guessing you dynamically insert the registered email,but mine didn't have an email, which is why it wouldn't work for me.

Strangely after adding a second Google account to the phone, this one is a @gmail, where my main one is a @reddn.com, the item list was then properly populated with all of my accounts.  Even after removing the secondly added Google account, it still populates correctly.  I am unable to reproduce this at this time.

I can reproduce this issue.  I tired clearing the data,but it displayed the email accounts correctly.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and I can reproduce it. 

Remember where it says 'email Phone' in the wxb help.  This is why.
