Missing charts and data for Tanzania Africa

I'm wondering why there is only one TPC chart available for Tanzania, m05-a, and the others are missing. I found the following are available for this area:

Any chance these can be included with Avare? Skyvector.com also has VFR world charts that cover the whole area.

There is also elevation data available at https://openmaptiles.com/downloads/dataset/contours/africa/tanzania/#16/-6.4031/34.9694 . I'm wondering if this can be added to Avare as well.

Hi Doug, it doesn't appear these can be downloaded freely, they prompted me to give up personal info which I wasn't willing to provide.  Perhaps more critically, there isn't info about reuse/redistribution. We only distribute what we have permission or other legal right to distribute. If you can find clear permission for reuse, let me know.  The things I found on skyvector do not appear to be TPC... and was very sparse so I'm not sure exactly what you are hoping for there.

The current TPC charts include all those we were able to obtain that we can also redistribute.  If/when we can fill the gaps, I'm happy to do it.

We don't currently distribute any contour data, though we do include elevation data... are you asking for contour tiles?

We ceased support for regions outside the USA due to negative reviews for "not having good support".  Complaints which we simply could not address because data and charts are not available, or were excessively costly.

Thank you for the information. It appears that UTexas has TPC charts available for free download at http://legacy.lib.utexas.edu/maps/tpc/ including more charts that cover Tanzania. Since these were US Defense Mapping Agency created, I assume they should all be freely usable. I'm looking for information to increase situational awareness. Elevation information is especially useful, since there are many tall mountains without foothills in this area, including the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro at over 19,000 feet.
