Cincinnati / Detroit sectionals don't display properly

I'm running Avare 11.1.7 on an Android 16 Samsung A17 5G with 2608 NE sectional zip loaded.  Map will not display Cincinnati sectional or western half of Detroit sectional -- the NE sectional zip to the East and North appears to be displaying properly.  Deleting/reinstalling the NE sectional zip and the app do not fix it.  Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks!   Cincinnati and Detroit sectionals show with EC loaded.  BUT something is still wrong with the NE Sectional display on my Samsung Android 16 phone.  I just verified my older Android 13 Motorola, running the same Avare version, displays the Cincy and Detroit sectionals with either the EC or NE zips loaded (i.e. zip coverages have overlap, which is good).  On my Android 16 Samsung (same Avare version, same EC and NE zips), it only displays Cincy and Detroit sectionals with EC zip loaded.
