AvareX release 116: FBO, fuel, reviews

[Apps4av Support]

The next release of AvareX will have businesses modifiable by the users.

Only signed in users can modify FBO information to share with other users.

A user can now add a new business at the given airport, add a review to an existing business, set fuel prices, and set services. 

Reviewed and user edited business will bubble to the top. 

Finally the businesses database has been moved out of the Pro feature and made available to all users.
