My Nexus 7 had NE, SE and EC everything...

New TOS says free keeps what you had.  No, it didn't, when I fired up a new to me Tab Active 3 and Play installed via its internal pick a device to install- no dice. 

The same legacy app is  version 11.1.7, but it is locked to single installs of any layer.

Was controlling by device, not by Google Play Account user the intent to those staying Legacy and "free"?

Honestly, bern running X on my current phone and iPad along side Legacy which stays on a tablet in the plane and I just can't nearly let go of legacy.

The only thing it misses, as does X, is a simple lat/lon flightplan uploader- something to make cool adsb-out trails in flight...

As with the other Android origins to multi-plat rewrites, I just can't find X's soul equal to legacy, yet!

Legacy is unuseable on my new device, legacy email registery or a new one.

Will have to "X" it as I'm not a suscription type.

Any data for "Legacy" vs "X" users is no doubt skewed by this single data area download unscientific constraint.

I had SE, EC and SE on my older device, new one,  new one clean installs of 11.1.7 is single, even after separating it from my Google Play account.

Cute, quaint way of justifying weaning the demonstrably better app.

Unless I am mistaken it is 11.0.7 or perhaps 11.0.8 that is the last non subscribe version of legacy so that allows you to download all. You guys appear to be using 11.1.7...that is either subscribe or be limited territory. Anyway I have no trouble downloading all I want on 11.0.7...YRMV
