Airport diagram after landing

I remember this working before. I have show airport diagram checked after landing. Does this only work from a certain screen in avare? I tried it while viewing an approach plate and it never switched to the airport diagram upon landing. I was in direct to the airport flight plan mode.

Hi Kansas.
It should work as long as you have the Menu>Preferences>Display>Auto show airport diagram enabled.
Airport diagram is in Plates and if you switch between Chart / Map and Plates after it activates, less than 40KIAS? the diagram may not display. TV

I cannot get this to work. I have tried it while in map mode and plate mode without the diagram showing up. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I see you're replying to an earlier message so maybe I'm missing
something. If you're talking about auto-switch from Map view to Plate
view of the Airport Diagram during rollout, it works for me every time
on all four of the various devices I now fly Avare on.

In Map/Menu/Preferences/Display I put a checkmark on Auto Show Airport
Diagram.

In Map/Menu/Download/Plates/d-TPP/ADs I've selected California (the
state where I fly currently).

Note that not all airports have an FAA AD plate. If you fly into one
that doesn't, you might download the relevant Area Plate and in the
Plate view tap the large top-middle button and select AREA rather than
AIRPORT-DIAGRAM. I've never tested this, so I don't know if it will
auto-switch to an Area Plate but it's worth a try. If not, you could
just tap the Plate tab when you're ready to switch during rollout.

If none of this works, you might try UnInstall/ReInstall of Avare and
all your Downloads. Hope you find a fix. Please post a followup let us
know what you find out.

I found out the issue, the diagram will show only if you are in map mode. I was expecting it to also show when viewing a different approach plate. I requested this feature about 2 years ago and I believe Zubair added it to the list. I can see how this might be tricky because the approach plates and airport diagrams are both located in the plate section. Any thoughts?
