Greetings,

I am building a pi 5 device and am planning on combining Stratux and Avarex into one piece of hardware.  What is involved with compiling Avarex for ARM64 devices?  It appears I would have to install Flutter on Windows, recompile, and then it goes South from there.

Have you considered going the other way, and try running stratux on your phone? Perhaps with USB SDR receivers.

That is an interesting idea for another day.  I have an old stratux that is unreliable.  It works well when it works, but sometimes does not boot.  I started with the idea of a stratux with a small display just to see the status of the stratux.  However, I realized that I have panel space,  and I could combine both apps and power them from the plane.  I would keep my tablets as backup, but my philosophy is that, with flying, simpler is always better.

Are you running Ubuntu on your rpi? If yes then I can start building snap image for Ubuntu arm64.

I use Ubuntu on other machines.  If that is what is needed, I will install it.  Thank you

I have Ubuntu ready.  It is cool on a Pi 5.

I know there has been a lot development lately, but is there any news on an arm64 compile for this?  Thanks

It's been lots of work so this is deprioritized. Also GitHub actions does not provide arm64 instance so it's more work that it was initially thought. What was your issue compiling on Ubuntu?
