All my Samsung devices have a "power saving" option that kills StratuX
in Avare if the setting is anything other than Off. Actually, I think it
may be the "background data" sub-setting, but I just turn power saving
off to fly and it's on my post-flight checklist to turn back on.
You might also consider a "debloat" on your new tablet, to increase
battery life and reduce the chance of something interfering with Avare.
