Hi,

I am willing to spend time to setup a AvareX documentation site.
Any interest?

Thanks

Hi YS,
Instead of documenting tran\ditionally, why not make it fun and use AI to scrape the forum. I assume you know software from your posts.

Yes. A user manual of sorts that documents the how and why of AvareX functionality would be a welcome resource. The difficultly will be how to address the different processes found across the various platforms and how to timely react as new builds are released.

Agree, that it is not that easy to keep up with fast pace development but having something which is slightly lagging behind is okay in my opinion. For the start document just the app behavior. Custom pages specific to device/OS can be added later on.

Someone with admin access can create a project "avarex.github.io" for me in apps4av organization and give me access, I can start on this and create a POC. My github handle is sharmay.

Thanks

Agree on forum scrapping but we do need a place to store and present the outcome.
One good place is github pages. Scrapped data converted to markdown and further converted to presentable format (static pages) using hugo (https://gohugo.io/). Everything is open source. I have decent experience in github pages, hugo etc.

If this sounds good, I can start working on it.

Thank you,
YS

Please give serious thought/research into the idea of using AI to generate a use document. There's nothing intelligent about A"I"; it's just a calculator attached to a really big database. If you let it scrape posts on the internet to build a set of instructions, it will use pretty much everything it sees, and it has no idea about the difference between truth and falsehood.
