current (2026-01-22) cycle download fails

Repeatedly between 1230 and 1315 UTC this morning, if I select "This Cycle", AvareX re-downloads the just-expired cycle. If I select "Next Cycle", I get "Download Failed". It fails on both the Main Server and the Backup Server. (AvareX v80, on both Android and Windows.)

Oh ok, thanks. That's 9am EST? So there's a 5-hour window when the current charts are unavailable?

The charts should be available at 901z, they were late being put up on the primary download server and only became available about 3 hrs ago.  The backup server is currently in the process of installing them now.

I successfully downloaded the current cycle on two different devices and both applications, Avare & AvareX without issue.

I've also checked both download servers and I am seeing active downloads on both servers.

My initial question is, what error are you getting?

I'm also having download problems.  No errors, but no download successes either.  No round progress indicators.

It did work properly for me sometime after 1400z (in case it helps to know that).

you are correct, the apps4av server was returning the wrong cycle number, the bubble.org server was providing the correct cycle number.  I had only tested against the bubble.org or backup server.

I have fixed the cycle number and it should download correctly now.
