populating performance cruise numbers

I am using the windows machine to populate information because it is faster than using the tablet.  I noticed that I can start adding cruise numbers but the temperature fields for added lines are zeroed out at some point.  I can have about 8 or so lines that are fine but adding any other ones zero the temp filed.

I think I found out why this is happening.  You can't use decimals!!  So inputting ISA temps need to be whole numbers not decimal.  Maybe you guys can verify that but that is what I see.
