Bluetooth gns 2000 gps not working with AvareX in windows

It pairs correctly, and Windows adds the com port links in device manager. It works very well with other applications using baud rate 9600 on the highest numbered com port. AvareX does not communicate with it and gives the warning to setup the Windows gps location.
