Why can I not dowload topo maps in Avare?

I am in Canada. There are 88 topo maps in the download section.  Whenever I try to download one it errors out with a msg that says they map is not available for this cycle.  Any idea how to get around that?

the Canadian topo maps are no longer available and the Avare product is getting little to no maintenance at this point as all development has moved to the AvareX product.
