Lenovo $99 eight Inch tablet works great with Avare

Was looking for a replacement for Google Nexus 7 and found the  Lenovo Tab M8 Tablet  works great, not very expensive but seems perfect for Avare.

Wanted to share this because I had tried the Samsung Tab A and it was glitchy about holding the WIFI connection; it dropped the connections many times in a single flight. Gave it to wife for non aviation stuff; she loves it.

I still use the Google Nexus 7 but battery does not hold a charge as long as it use to, so it's just a matter of time.

Updated to Android 10 after I got it connected.

I added a panel-mounted USB outlet to my aircraft (this is powered off of the 12V rail). I can, then, power my Nexus 7 from aircraft power. It does not interfere with the radio

I replaced the battery in my Nexus 7.  Pretty easy.
