Street Address Format?

What is the correct street address format.  After looking through other posts, as an example I’ve tried using:

address, 718 Pine St, Sweet Springs MO

and 

“address, 718 Pine St, Sweet Springs MO”

and

718 Pine St, Sweet Springs MO

and

“718 Pine St, Sweet Springs MO”

None of those formats bring up anything. What am I missing?
