AHRS Roll Reverse and Stratux

This can be done in Avare to accomodate the output from Stratux. How can this be done in AvareX, because I don't find this options?

Did you try going into the stratux settings in a browser and calibrate it for how its sitting in your plane? Just copy and paste the below settings into a browser when you are connected to the stratux wifi and there are a bunch of settings to calibrate it.

The only two option available to me in the Stratux gps web panel  are "Set Level" and "Zero Drift" (Stratux Version v1.6r1-eu032). Neither of them change the reverse AHRS roll behavior on AvareX.

Btw. the PFD on the Stratux gps web-panel behaves nicely. Same does the PFD in Avare with the AHRS Roll reverse option checked. Only the PFD in AvareX has this opposite behavior which I would like to fix.

And I am avare (with the pun) that I am not the first one who asked this question. So what's the solution - or if there is none, why not after all this time?

Any updates/suggestions with this respect? Am I missing something or is the AvareX PFD just not working with Stratux? Any plans to fix this?

The fix needs to be in stratux. They are reverse of what the norm is. If someone can show me that stratux is doing the right thing then I can modify it.

So why can't there be an option in AvareX as in Avare for AHRS roll reverse?

All the other ads.b receiver I have tested from commerical vendors have opposite to stratux. If someone can tell me how to detect stratux from its messages I can add roll reverse automatically.

From memory, it's 1-2 lines of code in 2 files.  The auto-detection logic follows the guidance from the author of stratux and is consistent with your no-config demand, as stated in the forum thread Mr. Hirsch references.
