Raspberry Pi Version?

Is there still a Raspberry Pi version?  The directions say to go to -

Download at https://github.com/apps4av/avarex/actions/workflows/arm64.yaml from your Pi.

when I do it looks like the attached screenshot, and for the life of me I can't figure out where the file is supposed to be for me to download.  Is there another link on this page I'm supposed to follow to get to it?

It's been a mess maintaining a raspberry pi server at home. 

If there is a real good use case that benefits a bunch of users, then will need to find a way. thanks
