Unable to file - "Network Error"

It's been a while, but I have successfully filed an IFR flight plan from Avare before.  I've checked in my 1800wxbrief.com account, and Avare EFB is selected as an authorized service provider.  My copy of Avare is registered with the same email address as my 1800wxbrief.com account.

Whenever I try to file a flight plan, I get a dialog box that says "Network Error".  My android device is able to access the internet without issue.  Any suggestions?
