My app won't fully delete -- help!

I am testing my new app and I added it to my domain, but when I went to delete it, it got stuck somewhere in the middle of the process.

When I log into my domain management portal it lists one marketplace app installed, but when I click for details it says I have no apps installed.

If I try to re-add it from the developer console it says the app is already on my account.

Please let me know what I need to do to get this fixed, thanks!
