Google apps marketplace $100 Listing fee for new versions

Hi,
       We have an application to be listed in google marketplace. After paying the $100 listing fee, everytime we upload a new version of the software do we have to pay $100 or is it just one time fee  to upload new versions under the same list forever.

Its free for other versions. Only first list has to be paid.
