trash folder

i deleted a few emails by mistake, but can not find a TRASH folder in order to retrieve them. have i lost them forever?

Hi Nikki,

If you find boolean operators like in:all, in:trash, label:label name troublesome to recall, you can find your trash on the left column where inbox and all other labels are. 

It's sometimes hidden under 'More' if you have a lot of labels and it's too long to show everything.

Trash is like a label.

Nikki, you can also look for this link and text at the bottom of any search results if you don't find what you need initially.

Deleted messages match your search. View them or go to Trash to delete forever.

Hello, is this post "trash folder" considered for Google groups, too? Is there a trash folder in Google Groups folder, that can be found by Administrators?
