On any MediaWiki site's "RecentChanges" page, there's an option to "Hide logged-in users". This makes it much easier to check anon edits. That's especially useful when you've got a few very active registered users whose edits fill up most of the page - removing those good editors lets you quickly go through and click "diff" on any anonymous edit you want to check.
