If you're in the mood for being artistic and whimsical, here's an art job:
There's a cool Firefox extension called AppropediaFox, using this logo:
But I'm pretty sure that's a trademark violation. As noted on the file talk page, other Firefox-related projects have similar images of a lean furry animal wrapping around a globe, but are more distinct - e.g. Swiftfox and IceWeasel. Doesn't need to be as slick as the original image.
Perhaps the fox should have some green for starters...?
