Hi Todd-  Hope you're well!

I have a need for a very specific type of Android developer.  I know you're much more into the iOS side of the market, but I'm wondering if you've ever met someone who knows Android like you know iOS?  It's been more than a few years since we've talked, so if you're into Android now -- please of course also let me know!

The project is to build an app that wires together a WebView with a JavaScript-to-Java-API bridge, such that the web application can access hardware like USB-attached printers, serial port interfaced sensors, authentication peripherals, and the like.

It's been tricky to find an Android developer; most are experts in building apps that have very little in common with this scope... there's no social media, advertising, delivery, dating, or app store involved...
