Apprise hang with CPU at 100%

Hi,
I posted this message in the blog, but I figure I posted it here as
well. I am using Apprise 1.2, and now when I start up Apprise, it
would try to aggregate the first RSS url, and once it reaches progress
of 100%, it would be stuck at that message, and the CPU keeps running
at 100%.
I am using the latest Adobe Air runtime, and the latest Apprise. I
just added only 5 urls, and a few smart topics, that's all. I do not
know why it reaches that state.
Any clues?

Hi, Dicky. I'm not sure what's going on. Would you mind sending me a
list of the URLs that you're aggregating? Also, are you on Mac or
Windows?

Hi, I apologize for the delay in reply. I am on Windows XP
Professional SP 2, and here
are the list of URLs:
digg.com: Stories/Technology
Fatwallet.com Hot Deals
Techbargains.com
digg.com: Stories/Politics
TreeHugger

When it starts up, the first url that it is trying to aggregate is:
http://www.techbargains.com/rss.xml

Once the progress bar hits 100%, it just hangs there.

I had a similar problem - after a few days of using Apprise with about
20 feeds (~300 read and 60 unread posts), Apprise became unusable:

- Starting up, most of the interface works - toolbar buttons such as
Full Screen and Configuration are fine
- However, clicking on any item in the left column does not open a
list of posts
- The status bar on the bottom left remains white
- Clicking on "Stop Aggregating" has no effect except for disabling
the button
- CPU usage spikes and memory increases without bounds
- I have to force terminate after about 10 minutes, 1GB+ memory
utilization

I will try to find out whether a particular feed or feature (Smart
Tags?) had this effect.

In the meantime, there is a simple 5-minute fix:

1. Go into Configuration and Export all feeds.
2. Remove and reinstall Apprise.
3. Import feeds.

So I can reproduce the error, do you have your list of feeds? If you
export them and send me either the list of websites or the OPML file,
I can try to duplicate your setup and debug the error. My email's in
my Google Group's profile.
