based on the above numbers on the graphic sb shows 28 REGISTERED leaders in your unit which syncs up with the 27 at my.scouting (rounding difference). The 50 on that graphic matches the 50 on the roster report which is probably running all adults associated with unit (including parents). The people listed at my scouting and those 2 other reports (at 28) will not include un registered parents or MBC (those are not a unit leadership position but a district position).
Relatively new to the Show games and thoroughly enjoyed the 22 version but for the life of me I can't figure how to update to the current '23 season rosters. Particularly interested in getting the new rosters for the March to October game mode. Any help would be appreciated! Thx.
We have some parents that are merit badge counselors, but do not hold an troop positions. These parents are not showing up on my roster, even though I know they are active on Scoutbook and linked to their kids in our troop. Parents that are linked to a kid but that hold no unit position and is not a MBC are showing up in the roster. Any thoughts on how to include all my linked parents in my roster?
@MetteRossi - as the MBC i NOT a unit position they will not be listed in the leader section. They will however be listed as parents in the message system and under their respective scouts in the roster.

The rosters should be checked carefully. Students whose names are not on the roster should provide proof of enrollment.

"No Show" students, per Title 5 (58004), must be dropped no later than the last day before census. Instructors must use the drop roster to drop all "No Show" students or those who are no longer attending class and meet the requirements for "Excess Absenteeism" as defined by Board Policy 5075.
On or before the last business day before the course census date, a faculty member shall mandatorily drop a student who has been identified as a no show or is no longer participating in the course, except if there are extenuating circumstances. Extenuating circumstances are verified cases of accident, illness, and other circumstances beyond the control of the student. Non-participation is defined as excessive unexcused absences. Excessive absenteeism is defined as one more absence than the number of times the class meets per week.
