Approving new members

We have some members in our group who apparently are not here because
of their Macs. I just went through and deleted some files in Pages
and Files that were nothing except advertising for various things.

I also see at least two members listed who are probably not Mac
users. When approving messages/members, we should probably look more
closely at who they are. Anyone who is using a series of nonsense
letters as their user name is likely not someone interested in
AppleVan. Regardless, for the past several weeks, we had
advertisements on our site for such things as football shirts.
Perhaps all of us who are designated as managers (which can include
anyone who makes the request and has an interest in our local group)
need to watch to see what it being uploaded to our Pages and Files
area and that it does have to do with our Macs or AppleVan.
