Special Open Make, Potluck, Annual Meeting

This Thursday Dec 13th is a special Open Make

We are doing a very short Annual Meeting for the organization.  It will include electing the board members for the next period.

After that, we have a Potluck.

It officially starts at 7pm like usual.  But if you want to arrive early with food, that would be a good idea.

I'll start things off with Hot Beef and Buns, or something similar.  We have plates and plasticware in the kitchen already.  Drinks, side dishes, and deserts are all welcome additions.

Please respond here or on the Slack members channel about what you plan to bring.

I'm bringing French Dip with with Rolls and Au Jus.  (fancy hot beef and broth)

Anyone arriving early who can bring a couple tablecloths?  Paper would be fine.
