change rate of speech on Apple Watch 6

Can someone help me with the best - most straightforward way to change the rate of speech speed for voiceover on the Apple Watch 6 please?

Use the rotor. Speaking rate should be in the rotor. Once you hear "speaking rate," swipe up or down to adjust speech speed.
