get rid of expand speaking bar message when unlocking iphone? please?

I have asked this before, can't remember or find the excellent answer!!
How do I get rid of the "expand speaking bar", message when unlocking the iphone please?

Go into settings, accessibil, Spoken Content, and turn speak screen off. Hope this helps!Jenn
