Season's Greetings to All!
I'm wanting to unpair my old iphone with the BS 6 braille display and pair the display with the new iphone? How do I unpair, and then pair the new phone please? I'm unable to unpair at this stage, however, when I search for the BS 6 display with the new iphone I get the message that it's searching, however that button is dimmed?
Any help would be very much appreciated, please?!?

Hi!
Are you pairing it via VoiceOver settings or bluetooth settings?
I have found that this can very from display to display.
My mantis q40 want to pair via bluetooth settings but some other display I have had wanting to pair with the Iphone Via VoiceOver settings not only connect from there.
I am not braillesense user so I don’t know how this work though.
Maybe you have to remove the old Iphone within the braille sense first before you even can pair it with another device.
