I understand and appreciate that this is very much off topic, apologies for this and I hope some Christmas spirit and goodwill may be able to be shared, please!!
I have a usb drive, Sandisk, and it has worked on the BS 6 and Polaris, perfectly in the past, this one, and others, however, right now neither are recognising it, I get the message "checking for external drive" and then nothing.
When placing it into a Windows computer I get the message that there's an issue with the drive, and "scan it and fix it". Okay, how do I scan and fix it, please?
