What a great show we had this year!

If you were involved in Apple Box at all this year (including as an audience member), please take a moment to fill in this Evaluation Form that we need to report to one of our grants. 

We also read the forms as a way to improve Apple Box. The comments on this form was one reason we improved our sound system last year.
