Dear Theater Lover,
Apple Bod Children’s theater is announcing Rewards Levels for donors! Read on to find out more.
Apple Box Children's Theater is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of a children's play that showcases the diversity of our community. This year, our production (July 6, 7, 8 at 6PM) will feature El Principe Oso, or The Bear Prince, which is partly in Spanish and reflects our community's multicultural nature.
Apple Box Children's Theater is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free children's theater for participants and audience members. Our mission is to provide a space for children to learn and grow through theater, regardless of their socio-economic background.
However, we need your help to continue our quest. As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our productions. We are currently raising funds to upgrade our sound system to ensure that every child's voice is heard loud and clear.
Because we’re so grateful for your help, we’re announcing Rewards Levels! At the end of this letter, you’ll find a table that shows all the rewards available for donations. Rewards include a thank-you in the program, a t-shirt, a signed program, and even the chance to name a character in Apple Box’s next production!
How to help
How Can I Help?
1. DONATE Right Now
We are funded by grants and donations, and we accept donations year-round.
(Stay tuned for reward levels for donations!!)
To help, go to: http://www.wou.edu/give
Please note in the “Other designation” box that your gift is for "Apple Box Children's Theater."
Our goal is to raise $3,000 during this initial phase. Donations of any size are welcome. We suggest $20 or more to get started.
2. Set up another type of funding
For any donors wishing to purchase named sponsorship or establish a perpetual trust, please reach out to us. We are happy to have champions taking ambitious steps to make sure our program continues to fulfill its mission well into the future.
3. Share
Have a friend that loves theater? Invite them to the show this summer and share this email, asking them to “donate in advance” during this critical time.
4. Volunteer
We will need volunteers with all sorts of skills from kid wrangling to carpentry to art and design. Like theater? Help us out by volunteering. Volunteer hours can also help us with matching grants.
Thank you all, and we look forward to seeing you this summer at our performance.
